What happens if I exceed my included approvals?+
Paid plans meter overage per 1,000 approvals. The Free plan caps at its included amount so you never get a surprise bill.
Is annual billing available?+
Yes. Pro and Team can be billed annually for the equivalent of about ten months — roughly two months free versus paying monthly. You can switch billing interval anytime from the dashboard.
What currency am I billed in?+
Prices are set in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe automatically presents and charges in your local currency where supported, converted at the prevailing exchange rate. Because rates move, the amount in your local currency can vary between billing periods.
Can I self-host?+
Self-hosting is available on the Enterprise plan, alongside SSO, an SLA, and extended audit retention.
