What Seal is — and what it is not — so you keep the right controls in place.

Last updated July 21, 2026. Seal is a workflow control layer that gates risky agent actions behind your policy and a human approval. It is a tool to help you enforce your own controls — not a guarantee of any outcome.

Not a safety guarantee

Seal does not guarantee that a risky action will always be blocked, that a notification will always be delivered, or that a human will always decide correctly. The quality of an approval depends on your policy, your reviewers, and the connected services you rely on.

You keep responsibility

You remain responsible for your policies, reviewers, and independent controls, and for the actions your agents take. Do not use Seal as the sole safeguard in high-risk settings — see the Acceptable Use Policy.

Beta

During beta the service is provided “as is,” without warranties and without a service-level guarantee. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
