Last updated July 21, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Seal. If a use is not listed here but is clearly abusive, it is still not allowed.
Illegal and infringing use
Do not use Seal to break the law, to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or to route content you have no right to process.
High-risk use
Do not rely on Seal as the sole safeguard where a failure could cause death, personal injury, or serious physical, environmental, or financial harm — for example medical decisions, safety of critical infrastructure, or irreversible high-value transactions — unless we have agreed to that use in a signed Enterprise agreement. Keep independent controls in place.
Platform and security abuse
Do not attack, overload, probe, or disrupt the service; do not attempt to bypass limits, quotas, or authentication; and do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service. Report vulnerabilities responsibly through our security page.
Data and content
Only send data you are authorized to process. Do not submit content that is malicious, or categories of sensitive data your agreement with us does not cover.
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate access that violates this policy or threatens the integrity or availability of the platform for others, with notice where practical.
